Prices

Prices are subject to change and are stated on the website.

Payment is expected prior to treatment or reading.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

There is no refund for leaving the session early or arriving after the scheduled start time.

The fees are non-refundable except for where I cancel a 1-2-1 session, group, or teaching class-you are entitled to a refund for any payments you have made in advance.

Vouchers have a six-month life span unless stated otherwise in writing.

Any prepaid reflexology, reiki or tarot sessions have a six-month life span.

To receive a full refund you must give 24 hours notice upon cancelling 1-2-1 healing or full amount will be required.

No refund can be made for Email Tarot Readings.

Nothing in this contract affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (also known as ‘statutory rights’). You may also have other rights in law.

Limitation of Liability

When you book a tarot reading or attend a reflexology or reiki healing session with Jil Wild you acknowledge and accept the following:

Energy healing, reiki, reflexology are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.

Clients have the responsibility to provide accurate, up-to-date health information prior to the commencement of treatment.

You declare that the above information is understood and agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against Jil Wild/AKA Gillian Manning, who is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of her services or website.
